No, these are the better days, as women's increasing independence is also releasing men from the constrains of their traditional roles.

It was certainly a lot easier to find a wife. They weren't aloud to work then so not all marriages were for love.

Yer i like a man who can protect me if needed. Someone who can fix my car, mow the lawn... yet also cooks, cleans & is great with the kids. I don't think the men of the past even considered doing the last 3 things!! 'Thats womans work, get back in the kitchen dear!' haha
