Were your parents really strict, or lenient?

Well my dad wasnt in my life, but my mom was super lenient. She was the kind of parent who didnt really give a curfew- i would sometimes leave the house at like midnight to go hang out with my friends.. She was that parent who would ground you, but then forget she had 10 minutes later... The ONLY thing my mom was strict about was that I could not walk outside alone at night.. she used to say if your gonna have s** let me know, ill put u on birth control, if you are going to drink dont drink hard alcohol...

aristolochea	Posted Oct 10th, 2009 at 10:27PM My brothers and I were never called home.We went home when the streets were emptyWe were the only family like us .We were not cared for.We went to private school but wore donated clothes from our classmates.No toothpaste.We used tooth powder.Slivers of soap hard to suds.We slept together me and my 2 younger brothers.It was a small bed.It had no toilet,it had pot to use.You want a toilet walk that block to the washroom.showers hot water Rated: +1Vote for this!

I was passed around.. from friends, to my uncles, to my aunts .. to my grandmas.. to my friends... to my other friends.... I've always lived off of other people. so I guess neither? when my mom didn't give a sh1t and my dad couldn't do anything about it =l Rated: +1Vote for this!

Last	Posted Oct 11th, 2009 at 12:26AM My parents didn't care that I was alive until they realized that I was only source of income when they are older, so if I have to choose one. I would say lenient then strict, but always dumb. Rated: +1Vote for this!
