A conspiracy theory that the contrails of jet planes are laced with mysterious chemicals being spread all over the Earth for some vague but dangerous reason tied to the New World Order, the Illuminati, or Klingons

Nothing more than contrails produced when a jet aircraft's exhaust creates condensation. But all the conspiracy nuts think that its exotic chemical cocktails created by a shadow government to make us all dumb or subservient or whatever.
