    A bidet or a toilet with a built in bidet function. Warm water wash is more clean and feels better.

    for pee, just wring it out and then use the "drip-dry" method.
    for that other issue, paper towels inside (don't flush!!) or large leaves outside (make sure you know what poison ivy looks like!!!!)

    paper towels if your in a public restroom, and I saw on extreme cheapskates people using a water bottle to make a bidit instead of tp.
