Regular bedtime, make sure it is dark and mostly soundless (except white noise) and try melatonin...it is natural and OTC at most stores with the vitamins.

I wish I did, I have had sleep angst for years. I heard Yoga, and meditation are useful, but sadly for me when it gets out of hand I have to go for the hard core barbituates.
