Tofu made with peanuts instead of soybeans. Jackfruit. Water Spinach.
...And all sorts of Vegan Asian junkfood I saw in an awesome Asian grocery store across town.
...I did feel very awkwardly tall in there...

"Traditional Japaneses Ramen" holds for me too.
Then the 1st thing that comes to mind is this (apearently) delicious chicken stew that I've wanted to try ever since I heard about it. I haven't tried it yet because the person who made/ makes it lives in England, need to take a plane there. haha, not that far though. Me and my darn stories.
And if you're reading this, you're cooking that when I come over, got it!? Heck, if you don't I might be half-mad at you til you do. :P

For me it's Kobe Beef. I haven't had the chance to try as much sushi as I would have liked to either. Weird. Maybe I should go to Japan.
