quiet place, comfortable clothes and posture, deep breaths, my favorite is to visualize an old fashioned portable chalkboard. I write my problems down and then erase them

Comfortable clothes sitting in a chair reading a book, music, resting, going out with friends and just hanging out. There are a host of things, yoga is relaxing, pilates...well unless you're good at it it's sort of strenuous rofl. maybe just try reading something, or chatting with friends while you lay in bed

1. Profound meditation: Concentrate all soul in the grace of God. When we remember that all things are good, because defeat is just a stepping stone for a higher position, then we become relaxed.
2. Deep thought: Read a book of your choice. Keep on reading to some point which causes you to think. Seek pro or con ideas to that point. You can develop it into a high paid article.
3. Conscious breathing: See the air getting out of your belly through the mouth till when it is completely finished that you cannot keep on breathing out; then letting air entering your belly also through the mouth till when it is extremely full that you cannot continue to breathe in; then starting breathing out again. Do it continuously until when you feel relaxed or feeling sleepy to enjoy a good nap.

There are a couple. Basically anything that allows the body to release stress is relaxing, so let me focus on the physical for my reply. The body has natural ways to do that anyway like sighing and yawning for instance. Stretching is a great way to relax as it releases build up stress. Cats have had that one figured out for years :)

This may also help:
1. Pour cool water on your wrists or ankles
2. Squat and do some shallow and slow breathing through the nose
3. Roll your head around slowly
4. Massage your own feet

Meditation and deep breathing. Go for a walk in a favorite park, or just take some time for yourself. I personally like libraries and bookstores.
