What are some good ways to become a better acrobat?

Any foods to eat, any good exercises? Not gymnastics and stuff, I'm not doing that. Just stuff I can do at home to be able to do flips better and stuff?

NOTE: 70+ isn't my real age so please don't say something like "you're an old man, you shouldn't be doing that".

    How about doing Yoga and some Martial Arts ... to be more limber ...
