    take a good long walk. if thats possible. it helps me.

    I agree that long walks can help. I normally walk my dog every night and put my earphones in and just clear my head it makes me feel better. I've been taking long walks the past few weeks as I'm under a lot of stress :(

    I like to workout, and listen to music while doing it. Working out releases endorphins in the brain causing your body to feel happy, and for me it is like meditation to just think and get away from people, or be around people.
