i dont know it all, believe me i am trying to figure it out. but i think some of the keys are communication like they say-which is so vague. but i think what is essentially meant is that you have to be able to keep the lines of communication open. both people need to be able to feel like they can talk to the other, like they have a best friend in thier spouse. they have to feel free to vent, to cry to yell and scream with out judgement which means sometimes just listening with out all the advice and scolding. and you also want to keep reinventing it. bringing new and spicy things as well as going back to the basics sometimes with things you used to do to make you feel like when you first fell in love. i think the key is to feel like you are dating your best friend. that can be hard though but i think thats the key trust and intimacy.

My second marriage is in trouble right now and I am currently separated, so I am wondering the same thing. dotan	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM I read in a book. It said that we should control our marriage is holding sand. Not too fasten. I feel very good when I am with my friends. I don't know how I feel when I will be with my lover or husband. I hope that is not the comfortable feeling as I used to with my ex-boyfriend. You can say hateful things when you are angry that you can never take back or make OK. 2) Keep you parents out of your disagreements. jenny5	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM The key to a good marriage is give and take, accept your man for what he is warts and all, and vice versa, A good marriage has to be worked at it has to have complete trust, never put him down and never go to sleep on an argument, even if he is not talking to you give him a kiss before you go to sleep. and tell him you love him every day,never tell him to do something always ask . make him think any good ideas you have were his [ it works all the time I have been married for 40 years and every day is an adventure.
