My memories , my family and friends, there is so much, my meds make it all possible. I have Bipolar and nothing would be okay for anyone without my meds. Your right it's the little things that help make our day, our animals playfulness, yoga is fine, the beach fine, love the books too. Life can be great if we make it so, It took me years of suffering to enjoy the little things I do today!
