    Nothing. I over-eat and intensify my misery. Life is what you make of it. I wish I had better recipes. If you get any better answers please make an anti-depression cookbook for me. I promise to try every recipe.

    there is nothing better then grabbing the already made cookie dough and eating it raw. :)

    I wish i had your real answer. But trying to walk outside sit on a bench chair or something. Look up at the stars, take a few deep breaths, and let your mind totally relax. Put your self up in the air/sky. soon you will hopefully feel better. It's worth a try anyway, you have nothing to loose but a LITTLE TIME.

    same as crepesaredelicious except i lock myself in my room and put on a favorite movie while listening to music. also, i like to talk to people who i know will make me feel better just by hearing their voice, or seeing their message if they message me. Just things that get me distracted from what is making me depressed. OR embrace it, depending on the situation.
