Best thing to do is keep yourself busy.. Start some sort of project. I know a lot of Military Wives, Fiances and Girlfriends who start some projects to kee them busy.. One is doing a Photo Album of her and her Soldier, another one is learning to cook and creating a cook book.. Also one way to keep yourself feeling more "sane" is to write in a journal. Do things like free write, write down memories, what you want for the future, ect.. It helps to be able get your feelings out even if its just writing. Also creating him care packages, make sure you dont send contraband!! Also, even though he can email you and what not, continue to write him letters every now and then.. handwritten letters mean more then emails...
