Find a few small things you CAN do rather than finding things you cant do, focus on them and feel pleased with yourself for achieving those small tasks..<br />

when i as depressed i jogged outside stayed up late and watched an american tale fival goes west and that was help for me but i was depressed about death so those three things really helped me

Hmm... this is a nice one. Something like this was mentioned in Chicken Soup once. It included around 6 points. Including the ones you mentioned above, it had - do something which needs to be done, meditate and spend special time and care while taking a bath (use scented candles, body oils etc.)
