Find a few small things you CAN do rather than finding things you cant do, focus on them and feel pleased with yourself for achieving those small tasks..



Exercise releases feel good endorphins....



Daylight, make sure you get enough....or use a sun lamp (I do)

when i as depressed i jogged outside stayed up late and watched an american tale fival goes west and that was help for me but i was depressed about death so those three things really helped me

Hmm... this is a nice one. Something like this was mentioned in Chicken Soup once. It included around 6 points. Including the ones you mentioned above, it had - do something which needs to be done, meditate and spend special time and care while taking a bath (use scented candles, body oils etc.)
