4] Getting out more
5] Be of service! Do something good for others and in return you'll feel better too. feel-good-do-good phenomenon will occur
6] Become spiritually connected.
Find a few small things you CAN do rather than finding things you cant do, focus on them and feel pleased with yourself for achieving those small tasks..
Exercise releases feel good endorphins....
Daylight, make sure you get enough....or use a sun lamp (I do)
It's when people get sad or depressed in the winter due to lack of sunlight. In case you don't want to click that link, that's the short answer. *shaka*
when i as depressed i jogged outside stayed up late and watched an american tale fival goes west and that was help for me but i was depressed about death so those three things really helped me
Read some books, Communicate with others, Clean your room and Pray...
laughter, dark chocolate and lots of sex
music can give a temporary boost
Do something for yourself
Do something for someone else
Spend time looking and making something beautiful
Person to talk to this guy if feeling gloomy im rather decent not a yes man i will tell you was up
Dogs helps because cats just tolerate you dogs just love you for who you are
And finally a a decent laptop helps with the overall boredom
have your thyroid checked, get plenty of sleep.. And exercise

Wiggle your cats toes
Go for long walks. Try to keep a regular sleep pattern. Cook and eat a varied diet, preferably with other people.
