    Receiving a card? None.

    "Using' the card is when it gets tricky.

    Foistin a credit card on a minor is one of the lowest con games out there. Add the exorbitant interest rate now allowed, to the lack of experience at financial responsibility ... usury. It used to be a crime.

    Receiving it......NONE

    Using it properly....It buys one month of Time before you have to pay for something. As long as you pay the total sum at the end of the month, because you will not pay interest.
