Jumping rope is great for you! My wife is a bodybuilder and is currently cutting down from bulking for muscle. She incorporates jumping rope into her routine for 20 minutes on top of her 1 1/2 hour cardio program.

It helps wear the fat off of a persons *** when used in exercise and cardio training. Also good for tying up siblings, or a bondage date! LOL!
