    Find something or someone that makes you happy. For me its writing out all the images in my head in detail then create a story out of that. After I'm done I don't feel sad anymore and I have soemthing to be proud of which makes me very happy.

    Find a hobby, something that can keep your mind occupied and away from the depression, remember, its a mental illness, you CAN fight back.

    Writing,exercising,talking about it, whatever makes you feel good, it works for me.
