    Tell him you no longer want to see him. Erase all traces of him from your life. Eat well, get enough sleep, exercise, keep your drinking to only what is unavoidable, go out with friends, date if you feel up to it, refuse to pull the covers over your head because if you do he wins.

    they arent step if he is cheating and you know that for a fact by seeing it or pictures or what ever evidence you have then tell him that it is over and you deserve better then that and then move on without looking back
