There are none. In the past the only con would have been being left out of certain social gatherings, but today's society frowns on excluding the nondrinker and actually encourages non drinkers to participate and be a designated driver for some.

People shoving booze at you, people trying to get you to go with them just so you can drive their drunk *** and keep them out of jail. Other than that no problems at all. I have never once regretted that I don't drink. In fact when I look around me at the misery caused by alcohol I'm glad I don't. Seems like there is a massive juice gene issue all over the world.

Current studies seem to indicate that a glass of wine daily is good for you.

My buddy Patrick is a non-drinker. I and our other buds tease him mercilessly. Especially around women. But we always have a volunteer designated driver. So that's not bad.

You're still tired all the time. You don't get to join the fun when everyone else is drinking. You can't drink to forget. You actually have to resolve your inner issues. Often you turn to gaming and internet for stress relief which collectively is a pretty big time waster. When you do drink you get a huge hangover.
