Depression is a sign of growth. We are to be continually learning and growing pain is the way in which we gain wisdom. It is not fun but think of it as when you were in school and learned a new math problem you struggled but once you learned you felt more powerful. The other reason could be a lack of magnesium with the amount of chemicals we are exposed to and the processed food that we eat magnesium deficiency is becoming a problem.
