Stay in your bedroom on your own and cry like a baby for 6 months

Ok this is my experience then it works with me, not sure it can work with other: Try to keep your mind and body busy! keep active physically, meet friends and family. Also start a personal journal and write how you fell one day after the other. Call the day of the breakup day=0 and then go from there. day=0 is horrible, same as day=10, 20 40 etc but it eventually fade a bit.

Remember if you met her again and break again then day =0 and you start form the beginning. After 2-3 times you simply do not want any day=0 and you say fVck that and you move one.
Simply good luck man I understand your pain.
