Just guessing here since I'm on the wrong side of the debate...
Stamina... Looks... Ability to enjoy life instead of focussing on problems... Spontaneous behaviour...
On a more psychological level...
needing to play the "mother" role in the relationship... needing to be needed... lack of confidence or self-esteem.
There are countless reasons why, each woman having her own reasons born of her needs and personal life to wanting a partner that fits the parameters that she has set. There may very well be many answers that will be repeated, but in the end, there are as many reasons as there are women in the world.

You know the younger men are in it for sex but with the older men they pretend they want a relationship just to have sex with you and then they move on to the next victim because they really don't want a relationship. Having said that if it's all for sex why not pick the hot young one?
