Depends which country and culture you are in.
In Australia, where i live, government studies have found that women's wages still average 15% below men's for work of the same level of education, skill, experience and responsibility. Part of this average is due to the difference in wages between predominantly male and female jobs. There has long been a "glass" ceiling which prevents women rising to the top echelons of management; for the first time this year a shift has occurred in which more women rise through that ceiling, but numbers are still far from equal.
Domestic violence and rape are still major issues, with Reclaim the Night Marches still well attended, and Women's Refuges still overflowing and more springing up in every area. Education campaigns help; the majority attitude of both men and woman is against violence by anyone, on anyone, for any reason. A small but significant percentage disagree with this either on religious grounds, or via denial associated with addiction and/or psychosis.
Double standards are still alive, flourishing and hard to deal with.
Body image, anorexia, plastic surgery, Naomi Woolfe's insights on beauty, the tendencies of fashion to promote items (like high heels, etc) which are bad for long term health.
We have only just won the right for parental leave (both genders).
There are some problems of inequity which need to rebalance in the opposite direction( to achieve fairness and equality for men), particularly around property and child custody in divorce.
And there is, in my view, a serious problem with female chauvinist sows stereotyping and abusing men. I get really sick of women making "jokes" like " all men are d1ckheads; they can only think with their c0cks."
