It was a nice day around 70 here. So I made my first winery visit of the year. Most wineries I taste the different grape varieties. This winery grow berries and makes wines from different fruits. Sat by their lake, tasted too much wine and bought a bottle of Blueberry wine and one of Cranberry wine. Too many wineries to visit yet to stock up. Stopped at a local abattoir which still dry ages beef. I got a 1¼ " thick tbone. Eating well with the door and windows open. Hello spring.

There are so many wineries out there. We have one here that makes muscadine wine. Have you tried that flavor or do you know what a muscadine is?

Spring is almost here! The last two nights, our LOW temperature was in the low 50s. I ordered a bunch of seeds from a nursery already. Should be here any old time. But not time to plant yet.

The arrival of a coil over system (springs over shocks) should be celebrated by a drive up and down the mountain passes! :)

I made the decisive cut on a young apple tree today, I'm pretty happy about. Lots of lilacs to deal with, maybe tomorrow. Finally cleared those dead rose bushes, maybe I'll beat the bugs this year!
