Okay, picture standing on a beach by the ocean with a shot glass. dip the shot glass in the ocean- that is a life being born. Now empty it back in, that's a life dying. The action repeats itself over and over billions and billions of times, never with the same combination of the exact same water molecules in the same combination. But all life coming from and returning to the same source.

I believe there will be a seat reserved in heaven for those who have fear of God and because of that fear ultimately doing His will!

My being is extinguished. Their will be no more me to me. Only a legacy of what is not forgotten by the living. If all is forgotten, then it will be like I never was.

Because of all the near death stories you hear, I think you still exist in some form, but I doubt any of us could guess at what that really might be.

i'll sit in my grave and rot.
Oh you mean like an afterlife thingy.
i might stay in the grave for a while and chill, then i might go up in that cloud with God
or go up straight away?
I believe it's one of those two.
But i understand if He decides to put me somewhere else : (

They will bury me and have a lunch after that.I hope that there won't be too many people - because most of my friends and family will die before me.

I once had a chance to realize what does happen when you die as I was in a horrible vehicular accident and actually was "caught" in between eternity's realm and this one here on earth. The answer (for me, that is)... I'll be smiling as I look upon my glorious and almighty Lord and Saviour's face. PS... at the time of the accident, I was not in heaven nor in hell but in a "gray state" where I was shown (and warned) of my life's greatest sin of a wasted life. I was given back to this earthly realm to rectify many things and am still in the process of doing so.
As the Apostle Paul wrote in his epistles, "to be absent from the body (here on earth) is to be present with the LORD." You will either go to one place of Eternity or the other after this earthly life.
Whether you believe this or not, live in peace, love, compassion, and hope so that your days will not be in strife and regret.
