hm i'll skip the recipes because i have too many, but my favorite cooking ingredient that i use in almost everything is garlic.

I like to keep olives, tomatoes, it was cheese but since I can't have that, sesame oil, soy sauce, bouillons, nutella (not really cooking with it... ^_^), umm... peppers, zucchini, and I guess that's it. Those are my staples lately.

Meat,Mortons Seasoning, PicSweet Peppers and Onion and that is about it.. everything I cook has those ingredients as a base.
