They're very bad lately. I struggle with sleep problems and lately I have been falling asleep at about 11am and waking up at around 6pm. Needless to say, this is hurting my interaction with just about everyone in my life.

I sleep about every other day and I'm half awake for most of the time that I do sleep.

I normally sleep from about midnight untill the critter wakes me about 7:00 AM, to be let out. I sleep alone and nude. I go to sleep listening to Allison Krause on my computer. If I vary more than an hour, it makes a difference in how I feel.

Two hours sleep and I get up to go to the bathroom, and back to bed, for another two hours. Like that, all night long.
