The Dutch council of health doesn't agree. It states that drinking alcohol (2 standard glasses a day) is part of a healthy lifestyle.
Exercise is the most difficult to stick with. D:

Drink plenty of fluids especially water ba
Eat natural foods w/o preservatives
1. Moisturize daily, and bathe
2. Eat veggies, fruits, nuts, and meats mainly ( Aka, Paleo Diet) absolutely NO fast food.
3. Excersize daily through long walks
Optionals: Green tea, Almond milk, no coffee.

Good sleep, Good Water, Lots Of sunlight..to be fair I didnt make that up. It comes from the physiological hygiene movement of the 20s. They were right. They said sleep, water and sun were the greatest physicians

Erm drink enough water, dont eat loads of rubbish, dont smoke. Well I do 2 of them lol
I do sometimes too but I watch my weight and I do drink loads of water or I get all headachey
It is weird, maybe its dehydration? Or we're water addicts :-P
Yeah its good stuff and the stuff I drink is like 25p a bottle for 2 litres so its my cheapest addiction lol
