    Pitch Black Mountain dew is kinda purple and will look great sitting next to your salad on the table

    Beets...the raw ones, sliced thin, actually make the dressing turn a really pretty shade of magenta.

    There is a purple like cabbage I have seen on salad as far as blue I don't know unless you just have what I have everyday, blueberry yogurt
