    going through same thing; for me, family, friends, my dog lol, reading,art,outdoors, whatever you enjoy most. What made you happy before the relationship that maybe you did not have time to do while in relationship do those things whatever thay are bowling, go out with friends to a concert or something, I am making all sorts of plans with friends and family to take my mind off of it
