What can I buy as a secret present?

I want to buy a present for a male aged 49 as a present but he will need to keep it secret / pass it off as something he bought himself...any ideas?

He's not married. I'm not married. Price - circa £50

If you are buying him a present that he can't talk about, I guess a box of guilt- extra large sounds like it should fit him about right.
