What can I do about my compulsion to doodle dirty looking symbols all the time?

YOU PERVERT - doodling symbols! What next? Feeling up toad frogs? Doodling symbols has to be at least a mortal sin. Do you doodle yourself when no one is looking? I'll bet you do. If you ever try to date my daughter you will be in big trouble.

Doodling tends to take place on a subconscious level, e.g. while we're talking on the phone, we may not even be aware of doing it. So in effect your subconscious mind is "escaping" in the form of these doodles.

I'm not sure what you can do to make your subconscious mind less filthy. Maybe stop using the internet?
