Just do some kind of aerobic exercise to prepare for it. This is an endurance test so, if you have been exercising all along, you will get a good score. It starts slow so don't run fast at the beginning, save your energy and gradually increase it. Remember some students will look like they get to the end first but that is not what you are after. You want lap quantity, not speed.
