Tylenol, Benadryl. Sleeping pills. They all help. They will make you drowsy, or asleep, and you can relax, and not think about anything, anything that hurts. It doesn't last forever, but it lets you rest from the pain, and maybe, when you wake up you will be just a little bit stronger, and will make it through.

There is only one way. Acceptance. Accept the things that made you sad, why they are there, that they happened. Only when you have accepted something can you move on.
