Next step depends on what will work for you.....counceling...seeing a diet expert.<br />

Really all you need to do is change your actions.<br />
Work out what emotions trigger your overeating....then change your reactions to them.<br />
I know that sounds a lot easyer then it actually is.....but that is the essance of what you need to do.

Seek a counselor. Get rid of the 'comfort' foods that you binge on, whatever they may be. (this is the hard part) but try to eat small meals frequently. Find out what triggers the binging, plan for it, and the plan an alternative to binging. Instead of binging, you're out for a walk. Instead of binging, you take a bath or whatever. But get out of your comfort zones that trigger the behaviour.<br />

But more importantly, if you have an eating disorder, you need professional help to overcome it. Youc an do it on your own, but why should you have to?
