Resolved Question

I know one day im going to die for sure, when i think about it i'm scared .... recentlly it got wost ,i can't sleep, when i do guess what .. i feel like i'm already dead sometime i see ppl who come to my funeral ,my loveone crying and more.
I'm late 30 healthy and no any mental issues.
Whats wrong with me? what can i do ?

wow that sounds so hard. Well my idea is that it's very important to not worry about death. What is more important to think about is your life. No one knows exactly what's going to happen after death even if you believe in heaven and hell or something like that. I believe that it is very important in life to try to do your best and think of life as one big test. You have a lot of time to become the best you can be. Face things in your life that you have never truly faced, even though it can be hard. Just do the best that you can and I promise you death is not going to be a bad thing, one day everything will be revealed and it will all make sense and when that happens the main thing that you're going to want to have done is to have lived life the best you could even if you've failed along the way.
