Drink plenty of fluids, juice or Gator-ade type drinks. Eat things rich in iron.

O J and some carbs of your choice then have a protein snack. The carbs will give you some quick energy and the protein bar or whatever you choose will give you the energy you need to make it through the 4 hours.

most of them provide the food afterwards, increase your fluid intake.
and it's fine, i bet you gave 350-500ml max. :)

Drink OJ and eat cookies, to need to replenish the blood after donating. They should have told you this at the donation site!
