A build up of Calcium deposits in the Kidneys forming stones. Drinking plenty of water heps flush em out.

NeonBlueMidnight	Posted Oct 14th, 2009 at 2:11PM I had one, and within a week my brother got one too. The only things in common in our diet were the water we drank, as well as large volumes of Coca Cola (which was normal for us during that time), and we'd both eaten a whole chocolate bunny, which is what I think was the primary contributor. However, drinking lots of pop has a dehydrating effect which I think was an aggravating factor. Of course, the medical staff that treated us had no clue what causes kidney stones, and gave no advice. Typical, there's no money in prevention I guess... Rated: +1Vote for this!
