What causes YOU to feel fear, self-doubt and insecurity?

The things you cannot even predict to see what happen next. I think I fear anything that I cannot imagine and cannot even see what I can expect to happen next. As long as I have some ideas (even very slite possibility) of what would come next then I feel ready to see any kind of the consequences. In other words, one thing I know to secure my feeling and trust myself is, how I am ready for the predicted result. Self doubt is a little different from my possible result for the things I deal with. Self doubt comes from something to do with others who or what I cannot communicate well enough to make things clear. Self doubt might be the way I cannot even trust myself what I would do next. in other words, the person who lives in you but you have not even notice that person who does things you have never done. it gives me fear of learning and experiences.

When I fail. Especialy at school. When I feel alone. Then I start to think, if I'm good enough for anybody...

My entire life, almost! With health issues, money problems, people who are always on my case to be exactly like them, etc., etc., etc., what else could it be?
