Hello Ms. Lovely Wings,
The first thing I thought of when reading the word "exciting" ... reminded me of a grade school experience as a "movie boy" -- the person who set up old 16mm movie projectors and screens in the various grade school classrooms.
One day, the particular movie projector burned out an "exciter bulb" -- this was a light that illuminated the sound track, which was a stripe of selenium coating one edge of the film. When excited, the selenium created a voltage that caused the audio portion of the movies to work with the visual movie.
Sorry for the long explanation, but that is what the the word "exciting" brought to mind.
