    Not Euros, they could go down the pan anytime soon! Dollars & British Pounds are your safest bet, & easy to change into local currency wherever you travel. :-)

    Sweden is in the euro consortium but they will bag you at the till as most other euro countries will. Your best bet is to get enough Swedish krona to cover 80% of the trip expenses and use US dollars to cover the gap so you don't lose twice on the backchaining.
