I actually prefer a thick sirloin and medium
ribeyes done med rare re difficult to beat
Rib eye medium rare is hard to top. A good Tri tip is a close second.
No real preference as far as type of steak goes, just as long as it's well done.
Thick cut Porterhouse or Prime Rib Steak with the bone. Both cooked on real charcoal with Mesquite chips to a Medium Rare.
Ribeye or the first cut Porterhouse off the short loin & medium. It has to be USDA Choice or Prime & Heavy Aged a minimum of 21 days!
I like a DelMonico cut, rare.
New York Str!p Loin; medium rare. Smothered in mushrooms and onions, a baked potato with butter and sour cream. I also like a side order of sweet potato fries and onion straws.
Ohhh, I'm hungry now ! ;)
Rib-eye, medium rare, cooked on a charcoal grill
Filet medium rare closer to rare than medium. Some bernaisse sauce with that please.
Prime rib. Take it out of the oven just as the last moo fades and serve it with a spinach salad and a baked potato and a glass of merlot. Raspberry sorbet for desert<br />
It's what they have for dinner in Heaven. I am pretty sure.
Believe it or not..lol I don't eat meat often if at all. When I do, I like filet mignon or hana rump roast! Lol.. oh this has derailed so straight to kinda every other year marching away from this answerrr ..... lol..
Delmonico - on the grill - life is sweet...
When I have a taste for it, any cut will do, but very well done.

I like Prime Rib... Even better than Fillet Mignon.
