At first, I cried a lot. I am dating someone not of my race and that makes my parents uncomfortable. Some days I thought it would never work. But it did, and still does.

I talked to him about how my parents felt and told him ways that he could get on their good side. I also told him to be patient and say thank you for everything, no matter how small it was. It took almost 3 years, but my family finally accepts him. :)

Lie about the great job he doesn't work. Tell the truth about what a great lover he is. Rated: +1Vote for this!
