What disappoints and even saddens me the most...always has...is when people u care about lie to u...when they look u right in the face and lie...and u know the truth...I HATE THAT

What disappoints me the most is when I have gone out of my way to be helpful and you get a flimsy thanks or no thanks at all. I am feeling that way now because I give my all in a certain situation and its not acknoweged like I wish it would be, yet I won't say anything because I don't want to make the other person feel awkward or unwelcome.

It's why we must forgive them for their lack of manners and show compassion too, be the better not the worst because of mistreatment. :) Just be unconditional. I'm learning to anyway, it's hard when you feel unappreciated.

It's very difficult when you feel like the other person actually cannot stand your presence yet you do so much for them...(this is not a relative either). Anyway thanks for your kind and good advice..I'll keep showing my good side. :-)

Since disappointment is directly related to my expectations, I keep my expectations grounded in reality when it comes to worldly or personal matters. Having said this, I'm disappointed in the foolishness of World and American politics and the political economics that accompany them; I'm disappointed in the lack of compassion displayed by those individuals or groups who put a belief system above the life of a child or lack the humanity to care for another; I'm disappointed in some of my life choices; and to be completely self-centered, I'm disappointed in the loss of some of my earlier passion and my lack of book sales.
