I'm engaged and would never cheat, but I dreamt of an ex last night, and we couldn't keep our hands off each other. By the end of the dream I tested pregnant. Now I feel guilty for something fictional that happened in my head.

Perhaps you have some internalized subconscious regrets regarding your ex and wanted to have a child by him Consciously you may find that concept appalls you. The human brain is such a complex and contradictory organ.
