what do you mean that he never talks to you but he gives you the signals? does he look at you in a certain way that makes you think he likes you back? i have been through this situation with guys that even would talk to me, they would flirt with me, but in the end i was just a person to flirt with on the side while they had their girlfriends they really cared for. this is probably pessimistic, maybe he is just shy. i would give him a chance to prove otherwise, but if he seems perfectly ok talking with other girls and just not you this is a definite red flag that maybe hes just messing with your head. also if hes generally a very outgoing guy this could be trouble. be careful.
