I had an affair with a woman from work I told my wife about it and the woman has stopped talking to me, I have been very hurt and want to let the person know what her blackmail put me though I wanted revenge but can not be bothered all I really want to know is that she is ok and well however she will not reply to any form of contact what should I do is contacting her a good or bad idea?
