If you really want to stop her controlling.. try these simple steps..
Step 1: Give a sweet smile to her
    Step 2: A hug
    Step 3: Leave her alone
She just need a little attention.. when you give her that... she will be quite..

You look her square in the eye when it happens and tell her don't be so negative and controlling. My old dad used to be negative and controlling, I told him not to be so negative every time he was, and I let him have a little control to satisfy his apatite. He finally quit being so negative, and he really enjoyed when I did something his way. He didn't like when I did it my way, but when he realized complaining was pointless he quit and dealt with it. they are like children, sometimes they need to be told.
