"Bail out" is a fancy way of saying "hostile takeover". But just worded in a way that makes it sound like "a good thing".

We give a major portion of it to foreign countries who make products that we then buy. That helps those countries by making new jobs for them and releaves us of our government welfare money. So, it's a way of using our money in two ways to support others. Is this a great country, or what ?
