I would drop the things that try to cage me, get into car, get my favorite person in the world and drive somewhere i have been happiest :)

Gives your life new perspective...

Also, you, i, whoever... we are just one person in the world... and we are probably the happiest ones out there, so, there is no reason to get upset on trivial thing.

I write the things that are bothering me down and get my thoughts straitened out. I also take moments to empty my mind and just breath. In the end, I have learned that it does no good to worry about things that I have no control over. I tell myself that if it happens then it happens but if it doesn’t work out, then I will worry about it at that time because right now as I worry, nothing gets done or accomplished! Just think to yourself, no matter what, everything will be OK. In the end, even if things go horribly wrong, things will eventually be ok again and that should be your thought and your focus during moments of anxiety and panic.

Pray. Put yourself on autopilot, and let the subconscience/God work it out. Sleep on it, dream it all in, so it can resolve itself and you can move on.
